SCRUB UP SPIRIT DAY (SUSD)

        Scrub up spirit day took place on March 13, 2006. It was a day where all nursing students were invited to come and relax and get to know one another, as well as get some often asked questions answered. Despite a few minor mishaps, such as the fire alarm going off, this day was a complete success. Fun was had by all, with the fashion show, and much interest was shown in the various booths that were present. The Tai Chi performance was very inspiring and gave the audience a glimpse of this beautiful form of art. The ER nurse who spoke was able to enlighten many on the current conditions of the ER, and the wonderful team that staffs this unit. Finally, the India team finished off the afternoon with a insightful and inspiring presentation concerning the work that they were able to do among the Indian people that they come into contact with.
